You are receiving this email because you have a toplist account with us.  (If you have more than one account on our 30 toplists, you will receive this warning more than once). By now you are all aware of the new regulations and most likely have received similar warnings from other toplists, affiliate programs, etc.. We need to ensure that we are compliant with the new 18 U.S.C. 2257 requirements. If your banner contains explicit content, you will need to change your banner immediately. Explicit content would include any sexual contact, S&M activity, or exposure of genitals (breasts are fine). This must be taken care of by Tuesday, June 18th, 2005. Any accounts in violation will be removed at that time without warning. (We need enough time to ensure everything is take care of in advance of the government deadline). Also, you should ensure that your site is in accordance with all of the guidelines covered in 18 U.S.C. 2257. We will be removing any accounts that fall into the following categories: -Banners with the content described above -Listings without an active banner (a working banner is required to be on our toplist, this is a constant issue) -Accounts with no hits in within 30 days -Accounts that use wording in the title, description, or banner that may even appear to look questionable. We maintain roughly 30 toplists on several domains and some of these lists have as many as 350+ accounts, it would be impossible for us to deliver individual second chance warnings for those that are not in compliance. If your account is removed for one of these reasons, you may sign up again after correcting these issues and if all is complied with we will approve your account. Also, if you are using a banner of ours that contains explicit content, please replace it with one that does not. We will have new banners available within the next week or so (prior to the 23rd). After our personal June 18th deadline, all account edits will need to be approved (expect a possible 1 week delay on approvals). On June 18th we will also be removing our "Teen" toplist.... while it has always been for sites with legal teens 18+ of age, we no longer wish to be remotely associated with anything that may raise even the slightest issue of age.
