While the new 2257 regs is what I refer to as the censorship act of 2005, we still must comply as we are located in the USA which forbids freedom of speech. (i.e.: bombarding webmasters with an impossible amount of paperwork and backdating the law by 10 years under the guise of protecting children with the obvious ulterior motive of censorship) while tossing in such goodies as having mothers publish their home address on the front page of their websites and having to offer it to anyone using their images impacting not only their security, but their children's as well.

Anywhoo.. until we move to a free country like Russia, we must comply with the unconstitutional laws of the country we reside in.

topless images are ok, as are acts such as kissing, etc.. however sexually explicit images are forbidden. "sexually explicit" includes (but is not limited to) the following: exposed genitalia, penetration, insertion, erotic touching of breasts, lactation, urination, etc..  Aside from that we have never permitted images of bestiality, rape, extreme torture, or underage models.

Put it this way.... if it cannot be displayed on late night public cable shows (like cinemax and showtime) we cannot display it....
